The employee base for The Pearl consists of seasonal employees for the summer season, well-known local chefs, and other employees that fit into our environment and values. Pearl has twelve chefs, six hostesses, twenty-two waiters, four managers, one general manager, five busboys, seven bartenders, and two greenhouse gardeners.

We hold each of our 50+ employees to high standards, we expect them to be kind to each other and all customers, help each other out, be prompt, be responsible, and have integrity.

We have a General Manager position available, as well as manager position and lastly a bartending position available.

All of these positions have major salary benefits, seeing as  these members of our team are essential to our production of our restaurant we generously scale their salary.

General Mangers are payed a salary $54,000 this position requires hospitality management experience. This person directs and coordinates activities of one or more departments, such as engineering, operations or sales. Needs exquisite organizational skills as well has a vision to further improve while maintaining harmony here at Pearl.

Managers are payed starting at a salary of $44,000 this position also requires exquisite organizational skills, due to the demand on these individuals to sets goals for the team, and decides what work needs to be done to meet those goals. 

 

Bartenders have a starting salary at $23,000 as well as the multitude of tips from our constant overflow of daily customers. This position requires people skills as well as 21 years of age and a background in bartending skills. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
